Transolutions’ ambitious, ongoing Quality Assurance program is administered by its Quality Assurance Department, which is comprised of some of the industry’s most qualified Medical Language Specialists.

The "Committed to Quality" Program consists of the following level reviews:

  • 100% Listen Reviews — applies to all employees who are new to Transolutions, new to an assigned account or new to a report type.
  • 100% Scan Reviews with Listen Overlay — all reports are scan-reviewed with any questionable content areas reviewed with the actual voice recording.
  • Random Quality Reviews — Every Medical Language Specialist undergoes monthly, random quality reviews by the Quality Assurance Department.
  • Incentives — Medical Language Specialists who achieve an average quality rating of 98% or greater for three consecutive months are eligible for a quality performance bonus.
