What Our Medical Language Specialists Have to Say

After working in an office setting for many, many years, typing the same types of reports over and over and making the same hourly wage year after year, once my job was eliminated to an outsourcing company I felt a subtle "nudge" to go in another direction with my career. I then took a job as a subcontractor but still was not feeling any satisfaction with my career. After about a year of subcontracting, I decided to start exploring other options. After much research, I felt that Transolutions was the perfect fit for me. Not only would I be setting my own wage based on my production, but I also felt that I would be challenged in my career, which is a huge plus for me. Looking back, after just having celebrated my one-year anniversary with Transolutions, I know in my heart I made the right decision. I now make more money than I ever did as a transcriptionist in the past, and I feel as if my skills have grown to a whole new level. Although Transolutions is a large company, it still has a "small-town" feel, and that is very important to me, having been born and raised in a small town myself. Regular company meetings as well as team meetings make me feel like I am truly a part of this company, not just another number in a pool of transcriptionists. Finding Transolutions has been the best career move in my life, and I look forward to what the future holds! Deanna N.

When I graduated from transcription school, I was looking for a company with full benefits. Transolutions offered everything I needed in terms of benefits as well as the schedule I needed. They've since offered so much more than just those "tangible" issues. I'm very appreciated, recognized, and well paid for the work I do, and I'm proud to be part of a company with such a commitment to quality as well as to its transcriptionists. Management and home office support people are accessible, and I never feel like another face in the crowd. Five years after coming on board as a new graduate and now a single mother, I'm still here and definitely plan on staying. Patty U.

I joined the Transolutions family nearly 3 years ago, fresh out of an online medical transcription training course. Though the course I took was very comprehensive and prepared me well for my new, and last, career, I required a tremendous amount of patience and guidance for longer than I care to admit. I received an abundance of both at Transolutions, and I can honestly say that I still consider it a privilege to be part of such an amazing group of people. They have gently pushed me to meet challenges that terrified me because they saw potential in me that I never saw in myself. (Thank you, Melissa!!) It is very easy to feel isolated and disengaged when working from home. The staff at Transolutions at every level is aware of the special needs and concerns of at-home employees and is dedicated to making sure that we have everything we need to be productive and happy members of the team. And they manage to maintain this friendly, family atmosphere for us while still offering the clients the professionalism and quality of a much larger company. Among my transcription friends, Transolutions transcriptionists are considered a bit of an elite group. While not every transcriptionist is willing to sacrifice a few lines for the quality that Transolutions demands, I am very proud of that reputation for quality and accuracy. The compensation plan ensures that you can produce quality work and still make a good living. I count my blessings every day, and I absolutely feel blessed to be a Transolutions employee and to claim these people as my friends and coworkers. Peggy H.

Transolutions consistently makes me feel that my contribution is valued. The quality expectations are high and our ability to meet them is not only respected, but also rewarded. We are seen and supported as professionals. Our input in many areas is actively solicited and often influences the policies that affect us. Transolutions strives to provide the best possible service to its accounts, recognizes that achieving this requires the best possible employees, and accomplishes this by trying to be the best possible employer. I am very happy with my decision to join Transolutions. Joann H.
