After working in an office setting for many, many years, typing the same types of reports over and over and making the same hourly wage year after year, once my job was eliminated to an outsourcing company I felt a subtle "nudge" to go in another direction with my career. I then took a job as a subcontractor but still was not feeling any satisfaction with my career. After about a year of subcontracting, I decided to start exploring other options. After much research, I felt that Transolutions was the perfect fit for me. Not only would I be setting my own wage based on my production, but I also felt that I would be challenged in my career, which is a huge plus for me. Looking back, after just having celebrated my one-year anniversary with Transolutions, I know in my heart I made the right decision. I now make more money than I ever did as a transcriptionist in the past, and I feel as if my skills have grown to a whole new level. Although Transolutions is a large company, it still has a "small-town" feel, and that is very important to me, having been born and raised in a small town myself. Regular company meetings as well as team meetings make me feel like I am truly a part of this company, not just another number in a pool of transcriptionists. Finding Transolutions has been the best career move in my life, and I look forward to what the future holds! Deanna N.
When I graduated from transcription school, I was looking for a company with full benefits. Transolutions offered everything I needed in terms of benefits as well as the schedule I needed. They've since offered so much more than just those "tangible" issues. I'm very appreciated, recognized, and well paid for the work I do, and I'm proud to be part of a company with such a commitment to quality as well as to its transcriptionists. Management and home office support people are accessible, and I never feel like another face in the crowd. Five years after coming on board as a new graduate and now a single mother, I'm still here and definitely plan on staying. Patty U. | |
